We use medium temperature mold materials, all silica sol shell, fully automatic shell coating technology with robotic arms, vacuum smelting casting and vacuum heat treatment technology for high-temperature alloys, and non vacuum smelting casting technology to provide users with high-quality precision castings. The company has a 3D printing wax mold system, automatic shell coating technology, 3D scanning technology, X-ray detection and fluorescence detection lines, which can quickly provide users with single or small batch high-quality precision castings, help customers quickly shape products, enhance their research and development capabilities for new products, and quickly adapt to the market. We produce over 600 tons of precision castings annually, including steam turbine blades, marine gas turbine blades, aviation engine blades, and other types of stainless steel. Materials include nickel based high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, duplex steel, etc.
